Randy has been passionately involved with RICHCO STRUCTURES since 1993, starting his career as a layout technician. Randy is vital to the sustainability and profitability of RICHCO as we continue to grow. Analyzing workforce requirements, coordinating hiring & training of all personnel, reviewing established production schedules & constantly improving our day-to-day functions is just a few of Randy’s many responsibilities. He is a tremendous leader that works closely with our whole team to provide the best manufactured components to our customers. His favorite part of his day is finding solutions to the ever present challenges and facilitating our team members full potential!!

Justin Richardson has been with Richardson Industries for 12 years.  He is currently the Seventh Generation Richardson involved in the Family Business. He is currently overseeing the Richco Sales Staff throughout the Midwest and works on consistently promoting the Richco Brand.  He is consistently focused on providing quality components to our customers on time and in full!  His favorite part of his job is interacting with the other employees and our striving customer base.

Scheduler

Dan Obbink has been with us for 39 Years!!! His main responsibilities are production scheduling and dispatch, which means he determines what jobs and in which order those jobs need to be sent to the shop for production. He is also very active with our design staff and the production supervisors about delivery requirements, as well as dealing with customers on their delivery needs, which is most important!! His favorite part of the job is just that, “getting to know our many customers and meeting their needs”.

Tina started with RICHCO STRUCTURES in 1999, and nothing gets started here without her! She prints out plans, enters our many quotes, runs daily reports for management, & most importantly invoicing. She allows everyone here to excel at their job and focus on our customers! She likes the people she works with and the customers the most about her job.

Todd Saeger

Plant Manager

Todd Saeger has been a team member since 1992! He is now in charge of managing our manufacturing facility. He oversees production, quality control, & most importantly the safety of our employees. He is vital to getting our manufactured components to our customers on time, & of the highest quality. He enjoys getting the most out of our team members and adapting to our ever changing industry & the demands of growth!
